Hey,
I'm gonna be 100% brutally honest with you.
It's OK if you've done absolutely nothing; contributed nothing to anything, talked to no one, ect. Yes, even if you didn't get out of bed.
I see countless people tag or add onto posts things like "am I still worthy if __" "is it still ok to rest if __" and yes! It is OK to to the bare minimum or no minimum at all. 💛 You are still a living, breathing, thinking being and thinking alone takes energy.
Be gentle with yourself. 💚

Sometimes, we keep touching the wound not to see if it's healed already, but to make sure that it hasn't. When you attach your identity or your purpose to your grief, anger and trauma, it almost becomes an act of self-preservation to hold on to that pain for as long as possible. Because it's familiar. But what lies beyond the treshold of all that pain? When it's washed off by the slow but irrevocable pressure of time? What lies there is a great unknown. The you absent of all your pain and struggles. Who are they? Are they worthy of love? What do they look like? What is their core identity, if not all the hardship that burnished them like iron? I know it's scary, but you have to step into that great unknown. You have to give yourself that chance, the chance to discover who you are when you're not in survival mode. When you're not depressed, anxious, fighting every day to make it to the next. You have to discover what your spirit looks like when it's not drowned and choked by grief.

Please take note that everything you consume is affecting your energy. The Netflix series you're binging on, the words in the songs you listen to, the news you consume, the conversations you have, the foods you eat….It’s all impacting your energy field. So my question today is what are you allowing into your life that is keeping you in the gutter? If you’re suffering with anxiety, depression, feeling like crap, feeling insecure, what exactly are you doing to protect your energy? How far are you willing to go to keep your energy safe and guarded from those low vibration energies that are coming for you daily?…Are you willing to stop complaining about everything wrong in your life as you open your mouth each day? Are you willing to consume foods that make you feel nourished? Are you willing to switch off the news so you don’t take on the problems of the world and feel helpless? Protecting your energy is crucial for survival and happiness in this world, your energy deserves to be protected. You deserve to feel happy, to feel good, and it starts with you saying no. Saying no where possible to the things that are bringing you down…just a little thought of the day.

you are and have always been the source of the magic you seek. the only thing holding it back is whether or not you believe it exists. once you start trusting that it’s there, even if it’s just a tiny bit, it will manifest. your belief is what transforms the magic inside you into the magic around you 🪄✨🫧🌟💓

I mean, just saying.
Go
where you’re appreciated.
Go
where you’re not confused.
Go
where you’re safe.
Go
where you’re reciprocated.
And most importantly don’t be out here begging a soul.

The worst part of self-imposed pressure is wanting to finish a sculpture in one day,
forgetting and failing to recognize that the beauty of any work comes from repeated effort, not from the rush to complete it.
Every day, we have a unique palette of colors 🎨, according to the fluctuations of our moods and our own vital energy. And that’s normal.
It's important to understand that each day, our different color palette helps us see what has already been done and what we can improve.
We float, our color palette floats, and that's exactly why one day we add brown, another day purple, another day orange and yellow, until the work is fully composed with the colors it needs.
And that's how we get there.
Of course, we should always avoid self-criticism and instead look forward, not backward.
Much of what is done in haste, simply to finish a task, lacks appreciation, presence, and self-recognition.
Beauty lies in the step-by-step process, in the lightness, and in the small investments!
Little by little is how we get there.
Trust in that! 🩷
Understand that the most productive things in your life are not those you finish quickly, but those you dedicate yourself to little by little. In your own time and with consistency. In your time.
So, right now, look at the things you’ve done until today with appreciative eyes, rather than focusing on what is lacking.
You're on a journey!
Tomorrow is another day. Calm down 🩵

It's OK to be sensitive. It's OK to be easily moved to tears. It's OK to if you cry at happy things too. It's OK if you cry when you are angry. It's OK to be feel vulnerable. It's OK to feel vulnerable A LOT. It's OK to be scared. It's OK to be scared OFTEN. It's OK to love the little things. It's OK to feel so full of love that it's overwhelming. It's OK to feel intensely. It's OK to be soft. It's OK to be soft.
It's OK to be soft.

Kind reminder that every new beginning is beautiful opportunity to start over, to review your habits, rearrange your priorities, to make better and healthier choices for your wellbeing. I know change is scary but every beginning is a fresh new canvas that you can paint a wondrous new slew of rainbow colors until you're happy with the masterpiece of your life.
